Roads paved by evolution
miles of progress
a city bombed by assumption
civilization oppressed
Demonstration of experience
saddened truth's
One mans instruction to expropriate
burdened by me and you
Assimilated perspectives intertwine
woven curiosity questions
Are we to be passive of these crimes
is this not our decision
Paths are to be chosen
lives are to be sacrificed
we will fight for our traditions
we will kill for our rights...
Man's creations of devastation
trial and error?
will we ever learn from our mistakes
have we no moral endeavors?
I have come to realize
as many have already
change is no longer a suggestion
it is a necessity.

Democracy is when the indigent, and not the men of property, are the rulers.
Aristotle
Would you say then that we have a true democracy? We cannot affect change..100 more have died this month, and Bush frees a turkey.. Aristotle, tutor to Alexander the Great ..should know.. |
