A life of lies

Contributed by cryingonmyporch on Friday, 22nd November 2002 @ 08:40:00 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Go ask your drug addicted Daughter.
Since it is me who is your enemy.
I tried to get you to love me.
But why from mother who never protected me.
I sit here listening to music as loud as I can,
Hoping to drown out my pain.
If my tears allowed me to see past my pain,
Surely by now my wrists would be bleeding,
You tell my Dad I do drugs and low-life drug deals.
While it is you who have toyed with three innocent lives.
Everyday I think She has changed.
I get comfortable and happy and you let me know,
It's impossible for you to change.
You told someone once you were tired of the lies,
So stop lieing.
Well Madame Le Bioch, LADIES FIRST!
