I despise you
Every crevasse of your being
Is sick, selfish
You knew not what you could be
Only what you wanted
Wanting, wanting
Like a rat wants food
You wanted my body
Now I see it all too clearly
Your ego
What you were capable of
I did not know then
What dismal depths you could sink to

I am smarter than you could ever
hope to be, loved
Loved like the sun and ocean
A beauty, strength beheld
I am not the victim here
my life will take its course
Yours however
you may try to fool yourself
was over long ago
And you need me so
I despise you
