With the remedy in my hand
The redemy I thought would end all my misery
I took off the cap and started to down it
With the remedy in my throat
It tastes of vile poison
As I start to feel the remedy decay my veins
I feel a sharp pain in my stomach
The pain dulled and my body numb
I though the remedy worked until I saw her
She was terrified
Like she had seen a ghost
Thats when I knew no redemy could cure
This heartbreak except her unconditional love

I like the lines, "She was terrified, Like she had seen a ghost". I imagine it would be like that. Good write. |

No remedy can cure that. Only time. This was such a nice poem to read. And when 'she' sees him, it's really chilling. Great read, great write. |
