Promise me that you will always be there
And provide many ways in which you care
Show me how much I hurt you when I cut
So I know when it’s been enough
Tell me how you truly feel
So that I know what we have is real
And prove to me that you know me well
Help me escape from my internal hell
Pull me out into the light
And vanquish my eternal night
Be the one to show me love
And prove that depression I am above
Be the one to bring warmth back to heart
And piece me together part by part
Lead me back to abandoned paths
The one’s left behind from my past
Help me restart my life no matter the cost
And restore the trust that I had lost
Accept my opinions and the way that I think
Save me from the shadows in which I will sink
And most of all promise that you always be true
Otherwise I’m just not meant for you

I could really relate to that poem it's like something I would have given my ex when we were still together good job
