Grip

Contributed by socialburnin on Sunday, 21st November 2004 @ 08:19:15 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

Sudden silence grips your pointed tongue
And holds it in mid-word
Your eyes are filled with mist
No princes kiss
Will save you from this fate
So tell lies in swweet notes
And fake the love you claim to own
I will listien closely
'Cause your my star

No devils horns for you
But no angels wings
You'd make me sing
If you hadn't stole my voice
Your contradictions
Slow my diction
Your voice is like a drug

Holding onto nothing that you have
Is tearing off your arms
Your lies will fill your lungs
You havent sung
Your last hateful word
I loved you blindly
You shut my eyes and saw things for me
I can't foget you
'Cause you had me at hello
