Spirit Call
I hear the spirit calling my name,
A quiet struggle, my soul to reclaim,
Gently nudging for me to proclaim,
Release of the guilt and all of the blame.
I hear the spirit calling within,
I sit back and listen amongst the din,
I've been waiting for you so we may begin,
Release of this burden on your heart within.
I hear the spirit calling lovingly,
Let go of the guilt, it belongs to me,
You're heart of gold shines brilliantly,
Let it blossom for all to see.

Gay, the universe is correct. Let it go. We always try to carry the burden of other's guilt on our shoulders and it weighs heavy. If you didn't cause the problem, it is not your guilt to carry. The past is over and gone and cannot be changed. Throw off old habits and guilt and begin a new happier day tomorrow. Blessed be.
