We are all different... as different as can be
Yet... we are all the same...
The same in our emotions...
And sometimes even in the way we think
A statement has been made... that has been spoken loud and clear
Dare to be different is what it's saying...
And at the same time... it's straining to hear
Dare to express yourself... however you want
Dare to be who you really are...
Not someone else
Dare to be different...
But within the confines of decency's trust
Dare to be different in the way we think...
The way we think...
The way we speak...
The way we act...
Yes... dare to be different...
Because... if we were all the same...
This sure would be a boring place
So...
Here's to originality...
Here's to individuality...
Here's to being quite unique...
Here's to being different...
Here's to being me...
DARE TO BE DIFFERENT!!!
