A month in the making
At least
I was gone at your time of need
At the time not thinking
Of anyone besides me
You screamed out
So loud I missed it
You took the time to find me
I unintentionally dismissed it
Right now you're crying
You loved me
Or so you say
Not even a day goes by
You don't think of how
It might be like
To be at my side
Now you're gone
Now you're moving on
Where are you now?
I want to find you somehow
Bring you back where you belong
Then at long last
I'll left you up when you fall down
