What's Left Is Grey.

Topic: SongLyrics

-chrs.
-Well I know we've all been there,
-Listening to the things they say,
-over and over again, until you've lost your hair.
-Or until whats left is grey.
-Somehow, somewhere, It'll all be okay.
-Before the emotions sweep you away.

Well you tell me that it is all good,
You tell me that you're okay,
Then you slap it back in my face.
Who is the abused fool?
You tell me that you care,
You tell me that you love me,
And then you throw me the hell out of there.

-chrs.

You sit and smile, telling me that you care.
You hold out your arms,
Then take away my air.
You hate me! your not concerned!
All of a sudden I realize, that it's you I 've never heard.
While all you do is sit there and stare.

-chrs.

You hold my hand, and attempt to praise this man.
Yeah right, that's a story I told myself,
You tell me that you love me, that you know!
Then you giggle and laugh, running as fast as you can.
You talk about honesty and truth,
You talk about life, and all about us that's nice.
Then you pounce and turn my world blue.
What the hell, why I am I still surprised by you.

-chrs.

You try and tell me that life is okay.
You sit and stare, who knows if it's me.....on your mind.
All I know is that no time soon will this be fine.
Then you turn and walk away.....
Aauuwwww....The hell with this.
The hell with you
And all the nasty things you do.
God why can't I just leave the fray.

-chrs.

Well the tide is pulling me down.
The moon hasn't been full in a long while.
You're still there telling me that all is well,
That there is no need for me to frown.
All the time throwing the ***** on the pile,
Bitterness saying......why don't you go to hell!
By no means is anything well!

-chrs.
