I watched as you walked away and didn’t kiss or hug me,
I know you have stuff on your mind, as I can plainly see.
Do you not realise all I need is a hug,
It makes me happier than any old drug,
Yet you say there is nothing you can do to make me feel better,
It would definitely pacify my anger.
I am frustrated at the fact I can never say this to your face,
I just leave my words in such disgrace.
I know what I want to say but I just freeze,
As if it is some sort of disease.
I want to tell you I love you, but I know you don’t feel the same,
Or may be I am just being pretty lame.
I want to be with you no matter the cost,
As I have nothing that could be possibly be lost.
Some emotion from you would be helpful,
A sign to even leave me feeling hopeful?
If I were to cry like I want to, would you just walk away?
Or would you comfort me and stay?
Please make up your mind,
Stay or just walk away and stay away.
I’ve had enough of hurting from my confusion.
I just want to tell you,
I love…..
I can’t do it….
You wouldn’t appreciate it.
