I'm Wearing Away

Contributed by alexb on Friday, 19th November 2004 @ 09:24:00 AM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

Its 10 oclock on a Sunday morning
Slept in because I stayed up late
Thinking
Of you

I called in to work this morning
Because I was busy last night
Dreaming
Of you

I blew off this whole miserable day
Nothing to do because I am
Living
Without you

Ive wasted another day of my life
One more closer to death because
I
Need you

I know if I talk Ill choke
But if I don't Ill regret it because
I
Love you

Very interesting form and exploration of the subject. There are times in our lives when we can't help but write. I think there's a reason for that. This reminds me of the feeling of those times. Interesting stuff.
