A Drop Of Death

Contributed by screwup on Friday, 19th November 2004 @ 09:13:32 AM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

she sits and stares at the floor
as her mom slams the door
tears stream silently down her cheeks
because her only friends are the "freaks"
dressed in all black to shade her insides
never noticed, so she thinks of suicide
she carries a blade to school everyday
so she can just "fix" what they say
she tries suicide every now and then
her life is so full of gloom, and her light so dim
she wipes tear after tear, as she cries
no one notices as she dies
a drop of death, for this is her life
this is why she turns to the knife
she writes poetry to try and escape
she just needs to run away from all the hate
when that doesn't work, she cuts out a piece of her heart
as she sits there and falls apart
she feels that this is the only way
she no longer wants to stay
so she tells her friends goodbye
as she goes to commit suicide

Beautiful write Deanna I am sure if she is reading all the hope everyone is writting for her...give her time to come around at her pace...I think she knows how many love her as family and friends...she will answer when she feels ready to do so and not am moment before.
