My pain flows from my eyes...
A never ending river of a love,
I can't deny...
Delivered from love,
Swallowing the shame...
The truest love I ever had,
Will not be mine again...
Blinded by fear,
Holding on to a shadow of the past...
Stranded alone in love,
Nothing good ever lasts...

reminds me of my poem about being afraid to smile. My lips wavered..not knowing whether to go up or down
smile or frown..because frowning was a habit and smiling always ended...great write... |
