I remember long ago when I was scared to speak,
You looked at me and turned away all I heard was freak.
I’m different you know and always will be,
I’m not going to change for you or for me.

I’m alone in this world with a small group of friends,
Don’t try to be something their not or dress up in the trends,
I’m in a small group of freaks, who I call best friends,
Hopefully forever till my life then ends.
