Go ahead,
Say those 3 words,
Don't be afraid,
You can just rip my heart out now,
No reason to wait,
Just don't break my heart to late,
Do it when I'm thinking,
Everything is good,
Remind me that I'm not misunderstood,
You really said the words,
I don't Love you anymore,
Remind me of the day,
You walked out the door,
I'll relive the tears,
The pain,
The sorrow,
If I could just see you again tomorrow,
And hold you close one last time
It would be worth it all,
Even the tears continue to fall

Beautifully written capturing the essence of the poem..and releasing it in an outburst or flood of passionate feelings...coated in sorrow. |
