Loves Midnight

Contributed by eyesxcriedxout1989 on Tuesday, 16th November 2004 @ 04:24:10 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Two lovers
Run through midnight
Freely, freely, endlessly
Dancing through shadows like curtains
Casting over diamond waters
Like her eyes of crystal
He gets lost in them
While kissing away every oppurtunity
Every tear
The moon turns her grey face
And an ancient smile cracks her lips
While the lovers run
Through midnight shadows
The shadow of this world
In its precious coma
Yet awakened, were they
And they danced
Running, kissing, dancing
Through loves midnight

not bad, not bad at all. i love the overall theme. somewhat dark and mysterious, but the love is nevertheless apparent. great job.

Ah, Mason... We are our own worst critics, no? This did NOT suck one bit! As a matter of fact, it was absolutely flawless... I love this piece! And you should be very proud of it. It's beauty shows brilliantly, the images so real, the love is felt, so fervent.... Exquisite piece, dear Mason! Short yet compelling, enchanting till the very end... The midnight dance was beguiling...I felt as though I could see the lovers waltz their tale of their eternal love... Tears of joy flood my eyes... May you dance with her forevermore, my friend! Excellent piece! Pen on, precious poet. Much love! Forever,

Your good friend,

Fleur de bonheur *Stephy*
