The road to be taken

Contributed by girish on Tuesday, 16th November 2004 @ 06:35:11 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

Many are the songs that come from music in seven varieties
Deep from inside the heart arise the many queries
Likewise people whom I see, even have many worries
But all your attention is in dreamful happiness

Awake and arise to face tomorrow’s queries
Even if answered, the soul seems adventurous
The question of WHY, will itself take the day
Happiness or sorrow, queries remain for everyday

If you should care for me, it’s a natural occurrence
But if you should eat for me, there is no concurrence
Duties are here to bind us in this world
If you should perform your duties, it is good

The first stage of birth is itself not in your hands
What will happen the next stage, is out of your bounds
After choosing one path of action, fear has no meaning
Treading the chosen path will vanquish your sins

Think that future is for you and live
To guide your future god is there from temple
Have hope that there will be fortune
Whatever be the fate, as clouds it should change
