Light, clear rain clings to my lonely window sill
It trickles down my window, like a running stream
As I sit, solitary behind closed doors, I stare into the raining night
A neon blue bolt of lightning, illuminates the dark sky
I step out into the flooding night
Crystal drops of silver rain lightly hit my face
The half covered moon cries it's beautiful song
The crystal rain pounds down heavier onto the muddy ground
I dance around in the rain like an innocent child
The cold, rain comes to a halting stop
A saddened feeling comes over me, as I walk
I walk, through the small puddles of crystal rain.
