God took you away... maybe he can take me too

My life is paper thin and slowly burning and lying this awful life away.
Wishing that tomorrow will be better than today is the best thing you can wish for, but the least likely wish to come true.
Maybe I should wish for you instead.
Would you hear me late at night when I cry your name?
Would you see me when I'm dying here alone for you?
And would you hug me when you saw my open arms for you?
Of course you would... you loved me.
But god took you away... maybe he can take me too.

This is a very short poem but the feeling is expressed rather well.
Eternally Punished,
Faust. |
