My beloved Midnight Rose
Shining through the night
With sheerest blinding luminance
Lifting that dreadful veil from my sight
Will you be my midnight rose
When the light has slowly died
Will you be there for me
A sanctum for which my heart relied
Dearest Midnight Rose
Will you not please glow?
When the light has quickly parted…
Shine from here below!
