I swallow the things that I am told,
I swallow the my thoughts ‘cuz they are cold,
I swallow the things that I must behold,
I swallow my opinions,
I swallow what I know,
I swallow what I believe,
I swallow what I must show,
I swallow what I am,
I swallow what I own,
I swallow what I say,
I swallow my conversations on the phone,
I swallow my heart,
I swallow my soul,
I swallow my dreams,
I swallow my joke,
I swallow what I provoke,
When will I choke?

This is a great poem for a firstr post. I feel like this sometimes and other times I wish I could feel like this . Great job
