Her Savior

Contributed by thegirlwithsolittle on Friday, 12th November 2004 @ 06:55:06 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

she sits here all quiet and nice,
not a peep not a sound,
not a danger in sight.
Letting things happen,
however ther go,
and drifting along,
just so you know.
But what once seemed happy,
now sulking and gray,
sitting in here closet,
waiting to fall away.
Laying in the dark,
shivering in the cold,
holding the knife,
a move dangerous and bold.
Taking the time,
to delicatley decide,
where will she hide the marks,
the leftover thoughts of her suicide.
And with a jolting bolt,
a slitt of the wrist,
All the pain she once felt,
she never had the chance,
to be missed.
Her father mother sister brother,
sister mother brother father,
forgot she was even there.
Her savior and her christ,
the best thing in her life,
cost her the deadly price,
poetry of her suicide.

the best thing in her life,
cost her the deadly price,
poetry of her suicide." it sticks out to me and im trying to see how this makes sense....
