I Did This...I Did This To you

Contributed by Crimson_Rose on Friday, 12th November 2004 @ 03:47:16 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

She held a silver gun in her hand
Her finger prickling with anguish,
It pulled slowly on the smooth trigger
A loud bang shattered the twinkling sky

An evil, smirking smile curled across her lips
She held the gun close to her hip
Her dainty hands let away the fatal weapon
Cerulean, tear rimmed eyes stare blankly

Silky blood trailed like a river, from his head,
Emptying into the vile, rushing sewer
The screaming shadows smothered the murdered body
Another innocent like was taken away, by pure suffering

Not realizing what hold had taken over her
A scorching fire burned in her
Dead he was, lying there like stiff metal
I did this…I did this to you.

This sound like something out of "The Blind Assassin"
But this has really good imagery. You should be proud.
Good Work : )
