The choice
In this life,
I sit alone,
wanting to go home.
I call her name,
but no one comes,
and I fall into shame.
Where is she now,
when I need her,
to help me through this life.
I call her name,
and hear a voice,
it’s telling me to make a choice.
A choice of pain,
a choice of peace,
which I do not know.
As I lean back,
the darkness comes,
and then consumes my soul.

"VERY SAD" This brought tears to my eyes. My mom died 5 years ago. So I can see somewhat what you are going through. If only parent's would listen to their childern instead of judging them for not being them. "GOOD WRITE" "givingin"
