i'm not stupid
i know exactly what i was to you
just like the rest
a reason to get over the last
but i can't help but wonder:
does the first know you're still in love?
and why didn't you use someone to get over me...
all i have left are empty memories
i know they didn't mean anything
how do you get all the pretty girls
top of the class, or the ones your friends want
and you know i gave eveything for you
when the others were so much better
and i've grown to hate the very sight of you
maybe i'm shallow;
at least no one knew
