America is fat
and there's something wrong with that
they must be fattening us up,
for something...
Maybe we are all just cattle
pigs
sheep
No purpose but to multiply
eat
sleep
We graze on dreams that we think we've got
gloating with big bellies
never realizing that this is not
the way things are meant to go
standing around like cloned cattle
pigs
sheep
staring blankly with big smiles occasionally blinking
believing we are of course the strongest
while our hooves continue sinking
So now it is time to lose some weight
before its time for the harvest
because then it will be too late
Unless we all are just cattle
pigs
sheep
destined to stand here waiting
to be ground up into the universe's meat

| I must admit that I started reading this with a little trepidation. It was not what I was expecting. However, it is a very well defined statement. Clear, concise and too true. Definately well worth reading. Great job, and thank you for sharing. |
