I've got troubles babe
Help me take them away
I really got the blues
And all I think of is you

Please reach into me
And pull out my disease
If you can do this
I can finally feel bliss

My troubles are always there
And always drive me to despair
I really need to find a way out
And to figure what I'm all about

Babe, you gotta help me please
Or else everybody suffers unease

Those days when you feel you have been plunged into a murky chaos and only one person can pull you out...but honestly, that one person is you. Well written.
