Like, you know,
or so I've been told
this is the way it goes.
Don't stop to smell the roses,
forge ahead,
and find new proses,
new ways to express yourself,
new ways to create,
give the people something,
something that is great.
Time to unwind,
and let loose the form,
something hot, something warm,
something unborn,
outside the norm.
And bring it back,
to slow soft speak,
it's near the end,
and past it's peak,
so wrap it up,
and let it go,
let them bask in,
the evenflow.

I'm glad you feel this way about
Poetry.
Poetry must be saved from
obscurity and brought back
to inspire a world of Poets.
The Poet who has a new vsion
and will not submit to conventionality
will eat the snobbish unimaginative
clones of poetry!
