I'm so sorry you've suffered so much pain. My words cannot heal your heart, but I wish they could. Just keep holding on..time is a healer. Focus on somthing positive (as hard as it is) Pray to God, he will give you strength to make it through another day. Keep going.

this is clearly a very very personal poem, and so much pain oozes from it.. not your average poem, but i enjoyed (is that the right word?) reading it.

Your title says it all.

I applaud your honesty,
but I know you're not just
being brave.
Life has probably stripped
you of your dignity,
and you have nothing
left to hide.
