Haunting Memories

Contributed by DamentedSuicide on Friday, 5th November 2004 @ 12:22:28 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

I stood over him
He begged me not to
I wanted to stop
I never ment to hurt him
He begged he pleaded for his life

These are my Haunting Memories

I cleanded his blood from the walls
I scrubbed the carpet
Blood all over my hands and knees
he died with such a fight

These are my phsycotic memories

I never knew what it was like to fight to live
I gave up so long ago
I took his life because I wanted someone to take mine

These are my memories

Now I sit behind these bars
His face a constant reminder of why im here

The memory of his hands blocking my knife and fist
The vision of the abulance taking him away

These are my phsycotic memories

His eyes now have become mine
Blood that i have desperetly tried to clean
Sticks to my hands like poison
Years behind these bars and no one to turn to
Had drove me to the Brink of insanity

My memories of the life I once lead before.

Woah, intense.

Dark indeed, but I like it. Hopefully it's just a good piece of fiction though! Oh, you may want to double check for typos before you post...there's a few throughout this write...Good poem.
