sudden suicide

Contributed by imalive_enoughsaid on Thursday, 4th November 2004 @ 04:56:55 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

The knife pulls slowly accross
slowly letting out the pain
then when the concentration stops evrythings stilll lost
and nothings gained.

so i decide to end it all
end this *** all for good
im tierd of alwys trying so hard
to act "like a good girl should"

they dont know who i am
they never did and never will
so as the tickets to "out"
slide down my throat ,
the emotions begin to spill

Salty tears run down my face
i choke and begin to cough
the tears slide down , and leave a trace
im to numb to wipe them off

im getting that panicy feeling
like right before you get on stage
i want to end this frightening chapter
but ive already turned the page..

im finally doing it right here , right now
they will finally see
but for some strange reason , though i cant describe
its not how its supposed to be

im not supposed to kill myself
im not supposed to die
im not supposed to got to hell
with the angels is where i should fly

but by then my body was shaking
with flashes of hot and cold
the room was slowly but surley fading
and no longer could i hold

i realized i was in , for eternal damnation
but by then there was no turning back
i wanted to change this , dident want it to happen
but suddenly everything went black.

This poem moved me to reflect on all of the young lives I have saved. After their recovery and during counseling it was determined it was an act they really did not want but only wanted to be wanted and loved by others. Its sad how many adults bring children into this world only to abuse and neglect when they are actually abusing and neglecting themselves. I love the way you hold nothing back while creating your poetry and the emotion contained is so powerful. I love your style and their are many people whom do in fact love you for who and what you are. You are a human being with a heart that feels both love and pain. I could write a book here but this is supposed to be a short message box. If you would like to talk please PM me. Your number one fan. MickeyPigKnuckles :o)
