" Entertainment Art "

I had some shopping to do so I went to the store
I really don't like going there because its such a bore
I always try to get in and out as fast as I can
Its just no fun anymore being a single man
On this particular trip while I was shopping around
I saw a little girl drop a watermelon to the ground
The splat was spectacular as chunks and juices went everywhere
I noticed every shopper in the area stop in their tracks to stare
Looking across the floor a heavy woman slipped and fell
Slow motion falling on her way down her elbow hit a tomato pail
Tomato’s flying and rolling all over the place
I noticed one hitting a man in the face
He lost his balance and bumped into the strawberry cart
Going shopping for me this night has become Entertainment Art
The shoppers are now laughing and all clapping their hands
Encore, encore, they all demand
The store manager appeared with his hands in the air
It looked as though he was pulling his hair
He called for his employees to clean up this mess
It was great Entertainment Art, I must confess
This time, I am glad I went shopping at this store
I look forward to it now, its no longer a bore!!!!!
