I fell in love with you when we were seventeen.
What the future held for us was still left to be seen.
Throughout the years close friends we became,
Seemed our wants and our needs would always be the same.
You were my first love, a love so strong and true.
You were always in my thoughts, I was so much in love with you.
These feelings were real, just wanted to be at your side,
Together always, just you and I.
Then one sad day came, you went away.
I was so sad but you wrote me every day.
But as time went by our love faded and was gone,
Now I write this as our rememberance love song.
You were my first love, your memory will always be there.
You can count on knowing that I'll always care.
Because there's a spot in my heart reserved just for you,
A little love remains there whenever I think of you.

i remember my first love, I thought that when we split up I would die, I felt like I was for 18months afterwards, then we got back together and something had gone from the relationship and we didnt last second time round, but now I am in love and it much more special this time, as I am now quite abit older and can really appreciate love and what it means,a lovely write, its good to delve into our good memories now and again, thanks for sharing,

Yes I definitely remember my first love because the crush was very long before I was noticed!

It's good isn't it to remember your first love? Actually this special person is still, to this day,
a good friend, even though we are both married to different people with our own families. |

Very beautifull write here.
I think I saw luv once but I'm still waiting for my first luv, smiles, probably wouldn't recognize it tho or jus maybe he's serarching for me.
