what's the point of trying,
when all you do is wrong
what's the point of crying,
if no one hears your song
what's the point of happiness,
if it only lasts a short time
what's the point of sadness,
if it just ruins your life
what's the point of seeing,
when everything's a lie
what's the poing of believing,
when all you ask is why
what's the point of life,
filled with pain and strife
what's the point of me,
filled with sadness and misery

Marc: I really enjoyed reading that poem. I think that I enjoy it best when the write chooses to rhyme their poems such as that. Besides the clear talent, the words are very sad as your poems appear to be. |
