I touched a star and was not burned,
While northern lights fell from my hand.
And slowly fall to winters’ turned,
As snow it fell upon the land.
And to my joy it freed my sight,
As frozen lakes, by wind, were fanned.
I saw my world lift up, take flight,
As snow it fell upon the land.
And while I walked in winters’ core,
Its warmth was pure, as if t’wer planned.
So with the snowflakes I did soar,
As snow it fell upon the land.
I touched a star and was not burned,
As snow it fell upon the land.
