Hollow:
Every day,
i feel closer to you than before,
at first we were friends,
then we loved each other,
but on that day...
ironically,
on the unlucky 13th,
you decided that we "shouldn't see each other anymore",
i did not know at the time you meant it literally...
that was the loneliest week of my life,
i had never realized how much i love you until that day...
i shed tears,
for days,
for weeks,
still, nearly 7 months since that day,
i cry whilst i write this poem...
i was forced to see you from a distance,
see you so happy,
the only time i smiled was when i heard your laugh,
though you no longer loved me,
as i love you...
i am left with the new feeling,
this feeling,
so new...
yet i have felt it my entire life...
there is something in my soul,
that is not complete without you,
something...
that's left me hollow...

Aww this is so sweet, you've written your emotions very well for a 14 year old. Im sure youll find someone who's just as special as this girl, so dont worry enjoy life.

| Awesome poem man, i know exactly how you feel! well, i used too......anyway, you should check out a song called The End Of Heartache by Killswitch Engage, the song is kinda heavy, but the words are amazing, and you would probably like it. keep on writing man, peace out. |
