It Never Occured To Me

Topic: oops

My life right now is wrong,

I’ve hid things for so long

I’m different now

And I tell myself ‘wow’.

It never occurred to me,

The day it happened you see,

Pain engulfed my sight,

Dark invaded the light.

I began to get lost

My mind became a criss-cross.

I couldn’t figure out who I was.

And all others say is because.

What does because mean?

To build my self esteem?

It’s already stronger that before,

When I hid behind a large door.

lots of forced rhymes in this. and because means they have no reason...
