What The Lord Said

He spoke of such wise parables
And convinced men of the power of the Holy Spirit
Now we should live by the glory of His Spirit
Love for His Light is truly living
Let your heart hold its place for the Lord
Let the Lord guide your soul through this world
Traitors to the Spirit will be lost to Satan's realm
Don't let the devil take you down with him to the darkest pits
Rise up with Jesus Christ and be reborn!
Rise up with Jesus Christ and be reborn!
Be as pure in your heart like children,
And as wise in your mind like the elderly teachers
So you may be as disciples of the Lord
Be merciful to those who plead mercy
Give water to those who thirst
This is some of the wondrous Word
It is what the Lord said
I will live by His Way
And put the worldly way behind me
