You evade me, soul
You, have escaped my grasp
For now
But I will be back
When your spirit lacks
The proper strength
And defenses
I will take your heart
In such a way that it clenches
You are running out of time
Running away from the darker side
Do you really think you can get away?
Do you really think you can protect your soul from its fate?
You evaded me once, soul
Don't try my patience again
You are no greater than
Any other of these men
Do you feel the awakening?
You have been running from yourself
Your own feelings seem to subside
And your desperation is no longer wild
I have found you, soul
Or did we find each other?
You-my soul, and I, we belong together
