Is This The End For Us?

Contributed by pixie on Tuesday, 26th October 2004 @ 12:34:48 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Is this the end for us my love?
Am I losing my gift from above?
I’d hate to think this was the end,
As we both still have so much love to send.

Without you I’d feel totally alone,
Without you I’d feel very much on my own,
My life would be so empty with no you,
Every part of me would feel so blue.

I think that we have just lost our way,
But I still adore you at the end of the day,
I am so willing to make things as they were,
I know that of late everything’s been a blur.

Me & you so deserve to feel so good,
Let’s start loving like real lovers should,
I know the rows have been getting you down,
I want you to know I’ll always be around.

Things are tough for us at the moment,
We have treated each other as an opponent,
It breaks my heart along with yours,
That I have slammed your heart in the door.

I never want to hurt you but I always succeed,
In making you feel unloved, making your heart bleed,
But my love for you stills runs as deep,
Can climb the mountains highest peak.

Please don’t say that this is us over,
I would be losing my four leaved clover,
You would be losing your gorgeous princess,
Our hearts deserve love & nothing less.

Oh no!!! I just read your other one first, thought things were going great and now this. I hope you sort it out pixie, I feel for you, just don't do anything drastic. Great right, I can feel your frustration.

Ali xx

Awww. Pixie, I haven't been around in a while, and I am sad for this to be my first read from you. Keep your head up, I hope it works out okay. This was a good write though.

Awe, sweet pixie. I hope you sent (or read) this to him too.
He should hear it. I hope everything works out.
Oh yes, and the poem was beautiful. Very heartfelt.

*hugs*
