Too Good To Be True

Contributed by Elf on Monday, 25th October 2004 @ 09:16:01 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

It hurts to find that our love is conditional.
I never took you to be so superficial.

When you said "I love you." I didn't think it was a lie.
Now that I know the truth, I feel like I could die.

Now I don't know what to do, don't know what to say.
You're the only one who could make me feel this way.

I was never happier than when I was with you.
I guess I should've known it was too good to be true.
