Out ofthe door.
I hate you dad,
But you won't break me any more!
Go do your ignoring thing,
Where you block me out.
Go do your walk away thing.
Where you don't even shout.
Today's been so hard.
I didn't need you to do this again.
But go on then, go nuts!
But I won't love you again...!
You've taken HIS side!
And it's more than I can take!
It's making me cry,
But I don't have to tolerate!
'Coz today's the day.
Where i've just given up.
HE ABUSED ME AD!
And I WON'T shut that up...!

Maybe your dad is hurting too... Maybe he cant believe that he failed as a father to prevent his son from doing this to you. Yes, I know that he is the adult and he should be understanding of your pain but what if he cant bring himself to accepting that Richard did what he did. Ever thought of that?
If you can think this way and remember that you father is only human too.. then maybe you can find some comfort in knowing that his emotions are probably just as screwed as yours.
