Dress me in black,
Then place me in the back.
Let the sun shine down upon my grave.
For my dying wish, this is what I crave.
Lay me near a tree,
So the birds can sit, and sing to me.
Make sure it's near the ocean,
So I can dance to the waves motion.
Place a rose bush on each side, of my headstone,
So I feel that I am at home.
Then place a bench at my feet,
So you have a place, to sit when you visit with me.
Dress me in black,
Then place me in the back.
Let the sun shine down upon my grave,
For my dying wish, this is what I crave.
