safety in my invisible wings..and gods invisible love 23.10.2004

safety in my invisible wings..and gods invisible love

we had been together since their birth...
never hidden from their vision..one guardian angel between two
i was the first of our kind to be always seen by our charges, my father said
i was to be their best friend...

every day their father mikhael lived when thoughts of them entered his mind
and every day he died in her presence...
as mother ate his beauty and love
without abandon...without mercy

i told them that hers had been stolen by the devil

i told them the truth

they didnt need me to tell them when she had gone...

i told them of his pain

i told them why his cries into his gentle hands worsened every night

i loved this man

they say a father should not bury his children
but what of children seeing him cry
so deeply, so completely
nothing existed but his urge to express his pain

it was later that night, and after
he had crept in to watch his children sleeping, (they had listened to my voice till their eyes closed)
that my father told me of this man's desire
to be with him tonight

father bade me steal down the stairs to soft warm light
his angel seiphissii was crying, her anguish as invisible to mikhael as her body
i took her hands and we encircled him...and then, knowing what he needed to feel...
we reached inside him and kissed his heart

turning away slowly i heard his tears..
i knew she would be tracing them down his cheek for she loved him as did i
cradling him...a hurting child...to her breast
a final pure gasp, then a white glow, as she carried his soul...away

i woke them slowly..stroking their soft hair
shushing their groaning stirrings
taking abigail in my arms, jasper by his hand
carrying their hopes, dreams and lives one step down at a time

and we stood there at the bottom of
the soft carpeted stairs before the kitchen, me between them
as their hands slipped softly into mine...
as we gazed lovingly up into his quiet face...

jasper smiled first
his happiness sweeping through his fingertips
both of their tears wet
warm and cool front...a storm brewing to cleanse

we could already see the red rain falling
falling from his feet...kissing down his hands
his arms like that of a red red tiger
and his halo had slipped down around his neck..but beautifully

and in my adoration of this man
their father
i felt my own speaking in my heart
and so i held them close and told them of him

of when god created the universe...
he slit his wrist
and as the vein spurted wildly
each drop became a star
