Butterfly...
with flapping wings,
so colorful and free.
Reach for the mountains high!
Mate...
with your chosen one,
as you should.
Then go off to die.
Miles...
miles you go.
Travelling so far,
to seek your mate.
Knowing in the end,
Death.....
shall be your fate.

| Do you think they know..or they just go off and mate, not really knowing what fate awaits them? I don't think the male black widow knows..or he'd be abstinate..or obstinate..LOL great write. |
