When I lie down...and it's just me
My thoughts are all on you
Those thoughts make music sound so sweet
And the sky a brighter blue,

I walk the halls of school each day
With nothing but a smile
Because I know I'll see your face
In just a little while,

When I go to sleep I always dream
Of being in your arms
And I think about your stubborn ways
And how I can't resist your charm,

You make me laugh and make me smile
And feel that all is right
And I always know that I am loved
When I lie down at night.
