A cry for help

selfstruggles

My inner desires
Forced out through my dreams
Things I'd never do awake
Painful regret so deep goes so deep in me
Although it never happened
I fear it might
Then I'm stuck
Inside the rut I made for myself
With intentions so good
Against intentions so bad
My selfish nature of living for the present
Ignores my good soul
And laughs at it in the end
Help me overcome my problems
I want to feel good about it
Extend a feeling for longer than a breath
On my own, in the cold
Watch the leaves blow
It's so beautiful
Draw it with words
I'm crying for help
Does anyone care?
