I'm a murderer.
A ring of shame lies around my head.
I'm a murderer.
And I wish I were dead.
To kill something so innocent with so much life.
Why was I stupid enough to make the sacrifice?
Taking a child.s life who couldn't fight, all because I was raped one night.
Was I right to do what I did?
Or should I have left the little baby, grow up into a kid?

Whoa!!! Is this true to life? I commend u for tackling such a difficult subject... it's not an easy one to write about...
We all have our opinions on this and now is not the time to give mine... U have done a great job with this... keep writing... believe it or not... it does help easy the pain and regret!

i wouldn't call you a murderer at all. infact, i think you did the child a favour. try to imagine how hard it might be bringing up a child with out a father there to support you and your baby... and what about every time you looked into the baby's eyes an saw the father staring back at you.
i know i wouldn't be able yo handle that but you may have different views... |
