TRUTH

It takes all type of courage,
to look your love in the eye,
and tell him he’s been treating you like crap.
And his explosive response is sure to leave me trembling,
breaking a worthless heart in two.
He doesn’t have a heart,
every girl he meets,
melts at his feet,
but only I get stepped on.
Face the bitter truth,
and have my head rule over heart,
know that I’m worthless to him,
was worthless from the start.
All the tears that have fallen,
will soon go away,
but the impact of him will never leave.
It will never let me sleep,
a dreamless sleep,
for he will be there,
always torturing my heart.
The first broken heart,
is something that shall never be forgotten.
It is something we must all go through,
as a sort of passageway to the maturity of a deep romance,
and the knowledge of a long-lasting true love.

you never forget your first love or your first period. both are a pain. lol..
